Where do you ship?

We ship to everywhere in the United States as well as Puerto Rico and all US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we’re working hard to be able to!

When will I get my order

You can track your order via the link sent to you in your order confirmation email. If you never received this, let us know by contacting [email protected] and we’ll resend it.

Can I change my order?

We process all orders immediately, so please email us ASAP at [email protected] to see if it’s possible.

Do you ship to PO Box or military base addresses?

Yes, we do! Please allow for additional shipping time for APO, DPO, FPO and PO BOX addresses.

Can I return my order?

We truly believe our products are the best out there, and we fully stand by their quality. If for some reason you don’t feel the same way, email [email protected] and we will work with you to make things right.

No. Never. and we will never change this stance.

All of our products are great for all skin types.

Are your products natural?

Yes! Our products are made with real ingredients sourced from the earth that are free of parabens, phthalates, and petrochemicals.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards like MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Debit or Credit. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.

When does my card get charged?

You will get charged as soon as your purchase is processed.
