Can we come visit?

We are sorry, but we are closed to the public.

Why should I create an account?

Creating an account on the Stella & Throne Soapaery site allows you to check past orders, track current orders, and reprint all invoices from all of your orders.

Creating an account will NOT result in us storing your payment information, and is not related to subscribing to the newsletter, which is done separately.

You can request complete deletion of all customer data by contacting us.

Why do you need my email and phone number?

We strongly believe in a person’s right to privacy.

You deserve to trust your suppliers, so we promise that we will never share, release or sell your personal information to anyone (unless required by law).

We use your email and phone number only to contact you about your order. If you have subscribed to the newsletter, we use your email address for that, as well.

You can request complete deletion of all customer data by contacting us.

Why isn't my question on this FAQ?

We don't know - but if you get in touch with us, we'll be happy to answer it (and add it to the FAQ!)

Where do you ship? 

We ship to everywhere in the United States as well as Puerto Rico and all US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we’re working hard to be able to!

When will I get my order 

You can track your order via the link sent to you in your order confirmation email. If you never received this, let us know by contacting INFO@StellaAndThroneSoapery.com and we’ll resend it.

Can I change my order?

We process all orders immediately, so please email us ASAP at INFO@stellaandthronesoapery.com to see if it’s possible.

Do you ship to PO Box or military base addresses?

Yes, we do! Please allow for additional shipping time for APO, DPO, FPO and PO BOX addresses.

Can I return my order?

We truly believe our products are the best out there, and we fully stand by their quality. If for some reason you don’t feel the same way, email INFO@stellaandthronesoapery.com and we will work with you to make things right. 

How can I start working with Stella & Throne Soapery? 

We are always looking to add community members to the team. If you are an artist of any medium, send an email to INFO@StellaAndThroneSoapery.com in reference to getting your art featured on the site. If you are a small business owner looking to collaborate with us on a limited item (eg. shirts, hats, socks, tote bag), or if you are a blogger or vlogger send an email over and we'll start the dialog.

Can Stella & Throne Soapery open a retail store in my hometown?

Anything is possible with enough community support and the right attitude. At this time we're solely working on developing our brand's online presence.

Do you test on animals? 

No. Never. and we will never change this stance.

Is this good for my skin type? 

All of our products are great for all skin types.

Are your products natural?

Yes! Our products are made with real ingredients sourced from the earth that are free of parabens, phthalates, and petrochemicals.

How long do the products last? 

Each product has a shelf life of roughly 6-8 months from the date of purchase. You can extend that life by refrigerating any product that you don't plan to use frequently.

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards like MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Debit or Credit. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders.

When does my card get charged? 

You will get charged as soon as your purchase is processed.
