Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Tracking notification emails will be sent as soon as shipments are processed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking email, please email us at INFO@stellaandthronesoapery.com

Due to the high volume of orders, especially during the fall/ holiday/winter season, you may experience extended processing times of up to 7-10 business days. 

If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
